E-Series: Ebonite Lined Butterfly Valve
Ebonite valves may be utilized for both isolation or flow control applications. Over the last 40 years, these products have proven their reliability in sea water cooling systems, offshore and onshore fire mains systems, portable water in desalination plants, and many applications where iron contamination of fluid is undesirable. Ebonite lined valves have also proven reliable on low level slurry applications and flows where fine particles may be present. For applications with a higher density of particles a shaft/bearing seal may be provided as an option. The E-Series valve is an ideal product for applications handling seawater platform firewater systems, potable water in desalination plants, or where iron contamination of the fluids are undesirable. It is available with gear operator, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators.

R-Series: Resilient Seat Butterfly Valve
Resilient Sealed Valves are suitable for isolation and flow control applications and have a proven record for reliability over the past 40 years for application in hydrocarbon service, seawater cooling systems, offshore. Proven record of reliability onshore and marine fire mains systems, desalination plants and power plant installations. The ease and flexibility of material selection enables both simple and arduous applications alike to be within the capability of this valve series. Valves can be supplied with manual, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic operator. Fail-safe systems for emergency operation are also available.

T-Series: PTFE Sealed Firesafe Butterfly Valve
This single piece construction also provides a rigid assembly when pinned to the disc via means of shaft pins (peened over and locked). This prevents excessive disc deflections, which maintains a constant disc/seal contact stress ensuring a bi-directional sealing valve at both low and high pressures. The valve has a double offset design providing a camming action. This eliminates excessive wear between the seat and disc-sealing interface both during the opening and closing strokes extending the sealing life of the valve. Maintenance of the valve is quick and relatively simple. The PTFE insert, seat gasket and secondary seat can be replaced by simply unbolting the retaining ring and assembling the new parts without removing any other parts. Gland packing is simply adjusted by tightening gland nuts, which are easily accessible between the mounting legs without having to remove the adapter plate or actuator.

TOSV – Triple Offset segment Butterfly Valve
Utilizing the latest computer aided design systems and software Solent & Pratt enables special design requirements, dimensions and specifications to be accommodated. The TOSV™ series valves are of dedicated Triple Offset * geometry design. This particular feature eliminates the disc-to-seat rubbing condition, normally associated with ‘HPBV’ butterfly valves, which induces wear of varying degrees, even in metal seated versions. This is an ideal replacement valve for Ball, Plug or Gate types Standard TOSV design features include zero leakage with bi-directional shut off to API 598, a field replaceable seat and seal ring for reduced maintenance costs, non-galling design to enable a wide variety of material options, with options for live loaded packing and arduous duty bearing protectors.

TOSV Double Block & Bleed Valve
As safety and environmental issues have become of greater concern to mankind, the need for assured valve shut off providing absolute and verifiable isolation are regularly becoming the standard specification for critical applications. Typical areas of application include offshore and onshore petrochemical production including, gas injection, water injection, oil and gas transmission lines including airport fuelling facilities and other areas where flammable and toxic emissions are unacceptable.
